If I was just reviewing the customer service and troubleshooting/help I just received from Shelby then it would be 10* (seriously, I can't express how grateful I am for her help because without it I would have given up and just taken the hit and removed Smile.io completely rather than deal with the tech issue!), however it seems like I'm reviewing the whole app and my experience so far is that if you're not amazingly tech-savvy (I'm reasonably adept) then it takes a while to get your head around the intricacies. Overall, fantastic support and I have very little to complain about considering that I'm currently using the free plan which gives a great 'basic' offering plus unfaultable customer service. I'm looking forward to understanding Smile.io more and hopefully it won't be long until we're able to upgrade to the better paid plans. (Thank you again, Shelby. You're a star!) Show more
