The app is easy to navigate, you can tailor it to best suit your website, but some portion you won't be able to which is fine with me. But with their customer service is quick and helpful. Shelby has help me navigate and find out why my customer wasn't getting her point and I was able to adjust it and explain to my customer the reason why.
