So far so good, we installed it yesterday morning, by yesterday afternoon we were very comfortable with it. The app is easy enough to use and feels like Shopify which is handy and we can change it enough to feel like it's part of our site. I had a question about whether I can assign points to previous customers, so if I had someone who had placed four orders in the past can I reward them by giving them X points if they sign up to the scheme - which would in turn entice more people to sign up - and I didn't have time to engage with the live chat so just left my message and email address and shortly after a real person emailed me back with the step by step solution to my query which is pretty good going in my experience - plus it worked which is the main thing :) Show more
