The helpdesk team are really proactive and responsive. Programme is fairly easy to set up and integrate The missing star is because some features are not yet available inc but not limited to - being able to view invoices, being able to edit all assets available, some bugs in the system where uploaded content deletes itself. Dont think the analytics are that straightforward yet or intuitive Overall though I would recommend as the team really want you to succeed and give their support whereever and as much as possible and I do think the few remaining bugs will get ironed out. Do I think this has driven increased loyalty? I am not sure yet as the analytics dont make that easy to monitor BUT I do think the goodwill this creates among customers is worthwhile Show more
