This app seems great however the session counting is inaccurate. I've had about 30 visitors to my site today but the dashboard is reading that I've had 700 sessions. This is concerning since they charge by session. Show more

They bill based on a per-session basis, but the information they can provide around how many sessions were triggered is limited and makes very little sense. In the app, it shows that I had more sessions than pops - that means that I was billed for sessions in which no popup even showed. That makes no sense, and when I tried to get more info I was given a long response with no explanation or substance whatsoever. You can't trust their numbers, and they will overbill you as a result.
