My Gmail promo campaign is now going to spam or the “PROMOTIONS” tab in other Gmail accounts. It was working fine until 2024, but it seems Google has changed something related to domains and DMARC. Despite having a domain with Shopify, I couldn’t get the app to run properly like I used to years ago. In short, my campaign is not effective because customers are not receiving the Black Friday promo. Show more
