Sendcloud didn't to fix a bug on their side that kept us from creating shipments because they were "busy rolling out new markets". It's sad because it's a good software and we really wanted to make it work. Finally, we decided to switch to another provider that is focussed on a working product (hopefully). Before signing the contract, make sure everything really really works. Their support takes very long to respond (up to 3 weeks). Show more

Comprando una impresora y con el servicio de Sendcloud pasé de estar 1 día entero (6-8 horas) preparando etiquetas, imprimiéndolas y recortándolas para 10 pedidos, a literalmente 10-30 minutos.
