I installed Smart Search after not having such a good experience with another more expensive search app. After installing the Smart Search app, it didn't automatically match my themes styling. I reached out to the Smart Seach support team and over the course of a couple of weeks and my constant emails they worked tirelessly to style the app, perfectly as I wanted. I can't rate them highly enough. The app as well as looking good also performs very well and I particularly like the fact that it automatically re-indexed your store's products, behind the scenes every 10 minutes. The price of their app is also lower than some of its competitors. So I highly recommend the app and its support team. UPDATE - October 2022. Been using the app for almost a year now. The support from the whole team has been excellent with particular mention to Julia who worked patiently to help me customize the looks and feel of the app with our store. A great app with great support. Thank you and well done! UPDATE October 2023. I installed a new theme and needed Searchanise to be styled to match the new theme. I'm very particular and wanted the styling to be 100% pixel-perfect. The Serachanise team were extremely patient and worked tirelessly to make all of the styling changes I wanted until I was 100% satisfied. Their service has been excellent!!! I really love the power of this app for search. It is very fast and can be seamlessly customized to the look and feel of your store. There are many functions that I like: instant search, search suggestions, upsell/cross sell, merchandising suggestions etc and you can use your search data to direct zero result searches to products/pages you think the customer was intending. I received very good service, although had to wait a few days for a reply, but the help was excellent and accurate. Most importantly, it makes it easy for customers to find what they want. Update Mar2023: It’s now been 2 years using this app and I continue to appreciate the solid support. In the last year I have updated my theme and most recently installed filters on collections which required some coding additions which was actually very straight forward and quick, with the help of Stacy. This app would be the most important app we have. Update Sep2023: The level of support and response times has improved a lot. I've been able to get considerable CSS support on tweaks I needed and good explanations of what was being done. The support in the Asian time zone is now very good. Show more
