I've just started using the Rivo: Loyalty and Referrals app, and it's been a fantastic experience so far! The app is super easy to set up, even for someone like me who's not a tech wizard. It offers many great features for creating a loyalty and referral program, which I'm still testing out. A special shoutout to Arianne, who provided exceptional support. She was quick to respond, super friendly, and made the setup process a breeze. Customer service like this makes all the difference! I am probably to stupid to start this app, but I was totally annoyed by the ongoing efforts of the company to upsell me to one of their pay programs. Too many pop-ups for my liking. Too many interruptions while trying to setting it up for a first trial. Again, likely I am partly to be blamed, but I consider myself somewhat experienced with such apps. Show more
