This is a loyalty app, it's great, It has all the functions you'll need and more, but I don't tend to write a review because an app does what it says. I'm writing a review because I recently moved from another shopping cart, and the move came with loads of problems moving my reward system. The great people at Rivo were able to transfer my 15 year old reward system with well over 3 million outstanding reward points. The team has gone above and beyond to create a loyal customer out of me for years. Every experience with customer service is great. They escalate issues they cant solve immediately, and the team fixes the problem! Give it the 7 day free trial if it you need a loyalty program.
