This has been one of the best Shopify-related decisions we've made so far. In the past, we've struggled with getting our loyalty program working and all of the nice people at Rivo have made setting this up a breeze. And with Rivo you get a dedicated page for your loyalty program and not just a widget - although you get one of those too! I also like that they didn't try to pressure me into getting the most-expensive tier of their app - they made a recommendation based upon my needs, not what would make them the most money - I really appreciate that. A special shout-out not only to Arianne for her initial contact and help, but especially to Paul for his great work on helping us customize the look and feel of our program.
