Though some of the features could be a little more fleshed out (HTML editor on the emails is very basic), this is a solid referral program with excellent support. My account manager Derek is knowledgable and always on chat to quickly answer questions and is also available by phone whenever I need it. Definitely recommend this plugin for a no-nonsense referral service. Show more
I used this app back in the day but just restarted it. Had a problem restarting it but contacted their support desk and got an email immediately back. Just installed ReferralCandy. Pretty easy so far and the customer support chat feature is amazing. Derek was so helpful and tried his best to provide as many resources as he could find. Only critique is that there is limited customization ability (e.g., I can't change the color of the font) but that is outside of Derek's control. 5 stars to customer support, 4 stars for customization capabilities.
