We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it and recently added it to a second store. It has a lot of flexibility for configuration, and the end-user experience has been well-received (we use it mostly for engraving requests). As some users have stated, the learning curve will require patience, but once you get familiar, it is very manageable. We have experienced very few problems, but when needed support has been very attentive and quick to address any issues. Show more

I recommend this app for stores that offer customization/ personalization of products in their store. I didn't give the 5 stars because there is a learning curve with this app that I find isn't user friendly. When asking for help via live chat a response is provided quickly. If you have the time to learn how to use the app it definitely adds value to shop. Show more
