Because there's so much that it can do, it takes a while to get the best out of the various configuration options—but there are some useful resources to lean on, and the support team are quick to reply with no-nonsense help. I have just asked for a small style tweak that I couldn't find a way to implement myself, and got a more or less immediate fix. Show more
