La app funciona muy bien y el soporte responde en menos de 24h, todos los días de la semana. La app tiene algunas cosas que mejorar, pero el soporte soluciona la mayoría de inconvenientes. Puede tomar varias interacciones para revisar bien un problema, pero terminan solucionándolo. En cuanto a UX, la app es fácil de usar. Puede tomar un tiempo aprender todas las posibilidades, pero es fácil. Cabe mencionar que hay algunas pequeñas cosas que aún no permite cambiar, como los nombres de las imágenes o de los grupos de imágenes. Supongo que irá mejorando. Waiting for a reply. The app worls fins but some small add-on´s are curcial to add: 1) When the output file (PNG is our case) is generated it ads a very long and cryptic name to the file itself, and there is nowhere to edit that to a desirable format. So in the cart it looks like an error. The only thing we could do was to hide the field. 2) Prestige Theme issue: The app allows one to "quick" add a product using this app even though the text is empy. Show more
