The service on this app is fan-tas-tic! We tried out a few personalization apps, and this was the one which had the most useful features and smoothest usability. There were a few features that were missing, or perceived as broken, but they were quickly resolved with a short email to the developer. There were some updates to the app while we were in development, which ended up making its capabilities much stronger, so we know it is actively being improved upon. Would highly recommend. This app just keeps getting better and better. Loving the updated interface, conditional logic, and we're now taking advantage of the image upload feature, which I hope will be exciting for our customers too. Support is responsive and helpful. We were initially excited about the app because it did most of what we wanted. However it has a habit of freezing up and we can't upload large photos. Support has been of minimal help. Thanks Blake Show more
