I tried out this app and the features were great but it caused two issues on our website. First, right after the app became active, it caused our photos not to be visible once you clicked on a item. Once that was fixed, customers couldn't add any items to their cart. They did look into this right away but it did not fix the issue. Now I have to wait for them to go back to our original code or go to an older version. I am bummed it is not going to work but it is just not worth losing sales. Show more
I sadly couldn't make use of the app as 1 feature wasnt available or customizable for me. To incorporate a second selection within a product that already has selection choice of 2 items. After some back and forth and removing the app post free trial period Hulk was super responsive and approved the refund. Awaiting shopify to process. This app did exactly what I needed it to do. I ran into a few small issues with my theme and the developer was very quick to help me get those issues resolved. I use this app to offer custom embroidery options for certain items on my website. Initially I tried to use Shopify's variant system for this but I quickly passed the 100 variant limit. This app is well worth the monthly fee. I absolutely love the conditional statements - i.e, if a user selects one answer then it will prompt for additional information depending on that answer. Everything is well explained in the manual and was very easy to set up. Show more
