I needed to add the option for my clothing. Despite some drama with the charges for options not coming through checkout the support team are AMAZING and have fixed for me (even at 1AM!) so now all my options work. If you are having issues with cart charges they can add a code to fix! And the options app itself is simple to use and works just how I need. Thankyou! Show more
I love this app because Shopify limits the number of options I can use. This solved my problem. Now I don’t have to depend on customers filling out notes for my orders. All the information can give gathers right from the listing. I had trouble setting it up at first but I emailed support and they got back to me quickly and actually set it up for me. Afterwards they sent me specific directions on how to do it myself. Any time I run into an issue I can email them and I hear back within about 15-20 minutes. It’s so great! Show more
