Great customer service. Jonas was able to help me and get me the information I needed to know to see if it was a fit for me. Best service I've had from anywhere in a really long time. They also offer a live demo appointment if you need it. As for the app, it was easy to add and super easy to use. . As a bonus, if you weren't convinced already, it's a free app!
