The customer service support offer by Kevon and Aman has been top-notch. They are usually pretty on it both in terms of response time and ability to make small changes within the app. The only reason for not full five star- some of the features of the app seem to work intermittently and is very glitchy, this has cost us heavily in terms of sales when the customizer is down. UPDATE 3/29/2024 We had a brief outage and Deep and team were quick to address it and get the issue resolved. They had it resolved within Half Hour. They responded to my initial email within minutes. Really appreciate this team. UPDATE 10/24/2024 Multiple - Outages and issues - customizations not consistently working, customers operating from multiple UPDATE 12/32024 Experienced a glitch with recent PC update affecting our sales during busy Holiday sales season but through the chat they fixed super fast thank YOU!!!
