PC ‑ Custom Product Options

Customizer works awesome until it doesn't. The app does not charge the customer for customizations and we are loosing money on it. Support takes days to fix and then the app works for a while until it doesn't. The app repeats this cycle over and over. Contacted support 4 days ago and nothing yet. Working on contacting support now. Support Contacted me back and we are working on the problem. Possible Theme problem and may need to change themes to solve the problem.

Great app with excellent customer support! I needed a way to add hyperlinks within forms, which isn't a current built-in feature.
