The customer service support is very good. It's a useful app that I use often, but the problem is that it sometimes behaves strangely, probably I think may be, there are bugs here and there. I really wanted to rank this higher because on the surface it's a great tool. My problem is that some payment types don't trigger the stock count so if you set a pre-order volume, you have to watch it like a hawk and either manually update the values or disable pre-orders when you run out of stock. I spoke with customer service on this and they confirmed that some payment types aren't recognized by their app. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for this issue. Show more
