I've followed Davie Fogarty with keen interest and noticed he recently took a stake in a CRO platform—one that directly competes with Personizely. Curious, I reached out to that brand for onboarding help, but was met with cold and non-committal support. Personizely, by contrast, has been a breath of fresh air: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping users succeed. Silvano went the extra mile, personally assisting with widget setup and offering detailed, hands-on support where I was stuck. A vibrant team and a product that delivers—highly recommended.

Whilst I am new to the app in general, Silvano has provided me literally, probably, the best Shopify app support I can recall receiving. So far I also do love everything the tool has to offer and it's very easy to use. If you are in the market for a tool like this one, I cannot see how you can go wrong here.
