I was encountering some issues with the domain set up and Omisend team Dilara and Eduarda are amazing and very dedicated to help me out. The issue i was facing has something to do with Godaddy which takes longer than expected to solve but both of them were supporting me the whole way with very clear instructions and patience. I am using Omnisend since around 4 months now and I can only highly recommend it. I find the user interface very friendly and intuitive. Very important for me is a complete and up-to-date documentation, which is also easily searchable - these are all qualities of the excellent knowledge base / help center of Omnisend. I find the pricing absolutely fair for the value Omnisend provides. I had to contact support only 1 time so far and they were very fast to answer and extremely helpful, providing a solution to the issue very fast.
