I've just started using Omnisend as a marketing tool. I had issues with my subscriber pop up. Not knowing at the time it was due to operator error. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support. I left Klaviyo because it was too complicated and expensive. Omnisend has simplified the somewhat arduous task of being successful at email campaigns and presents it in a seamless package that works perfectly inside of Shopify. I’m extremely pleased with the templates and ease of use. Show more

We really wanted to have a birthday field to the newsletter registration form. I spent days looking for a good email marketing app, tried 3 of them and I am very happy that we decided on Omnisend. It's been a few weeks now (I don't write a quick review on the day I install an app). The support team has been amazing on top of all the functions we need.
