Navidium shipping protection is a must have app for all your shipping claim issues. It ‘seamless design, ease of use and practical approach makes this app unique. Now I have funds to cover any shipping cost such as damage, stolen or lost; as you all know is out of our control as sellers but our customers want their product so you can’t blame them for getting upset when they don’t get it or it is damage. Customers are happy to pay a reasonable amount for this protection which you have full control of what you will charge the customer and the customer can easily chose to opt-in right in the shopping cart! As a result, we are free to deal with each issue individually keeping our new and loyal customers very happy. As for support, Marc is excellent when it comes to support which is VERY critical to us as a growing business.
