Navidium is a game-changer!! After paying Route hundreds of dollars each week and not seeing any of that money ourselves, we switched to Navidium, which allows us to keep any money that isn't used to replace or refund orders. Navidium should be an absolute no-brainer for anyone that runs a business and takes care of their customers. The app was very easy to install and the icons and shipping protection wording are very easy to change to make it your own protection plan. Customer service is lightning fast and has answered every question I've had so far almost immediately. I HIGHLY recommend at least doing the free trial for Navidium. Navidium is great, much better than our previous option, Route, which was proving confusing & blunt in terms of our customers being able to submit claims. Marc and the team did a fantastic job of integrating with our store as well, we have a tricky store set-up, and Marc went above and beyond in getting Navidium to work properly.
