We are still new but recently switched over from another provider due to some pain points I'm sure other merchants have experienced. So far the Navidium team has been great in getting Navidium installed quickly and being responsive to any issues that arise. It's nice that you can create claims and reshipments right in the portal and easily keep track that way. Not only that, but the fees don't go to a third party which helps the merchant recoup the cost of lost packages and sending reshipments. This also allows you to handle any customer order issues directly instead of sending them to a third party which creates a more streamlined customer experience. Navidium cuts out the middle man and allows the merchant to create a better experience for the customer! Show more
