**Update** The second time I used this app, the customer service remained excellent. It's the best app for BFCM if you'd like to give a gift when customers add x to their cart. Previously, I used this app to provide a free item when the cart reached $100. I had a slight problem with the item not showing in the cart, but Murtuza helped me sort it out quickly.
