She guided us through every step of setup and launch with calm confidence, clarity, and genuine care. We have worked with Reya El Thaalabi in getting onboarded and set up with Loyalty Lion, and she has been fantastic! I love that we were able to customize all of our pages to fit our branding, and the automatic emails have been fantastic! My only wish is that we could send birthday email reward notifications directly through Loyalty Lion, as with the other rewards, verses through our own mailing system.

We work extremely closely with Hannah Parker and she's incredibly helpful and supportive of our business goals. We have really ambitious loyalty growth objectives this financial year and having her on our account gives me great assurance that we will confidently be able to build and execute our plans.
