I am new to Klaviyo, and everything has been working great. However, this review is mainly for an issue I had recently that made me cry (Nothing from the Klaviyo side), so I contacted support. This was my first time interacting with their customer support, and it was a great experience. Not only was the issue resolved right away, they went out of their way to help me fix the issue, created the segment that was key in resolving the issue, and held my hands through the process, as I was so overwhelmed with what was happening. I left the chat session smiling again and was grateful to have gotten the help I needed. Thank you so much for that. Show more

So far, terrible. 0 Onboarding. Just a "Take a look at our guides and ask questions in the community". Erm... that isn't really what I'm paying $110 a month for... I expected someone to guide me through the process of getting things set up and ready to go. I'm not expecting someone to create anything at all, pop-ups, flows, lists. I am literally asking for the basics... UPDATE: So after numerous requests and questions to support. They either don't want to help - or they just give you a standard link to a support guide. Do you honestly not think I tried that already?? Show more
