There billing is deplorable. You can't make changes to your account without being double billed. They don't do proration and then if you wait to change your plan at the end of your billing so you don't get double charged they will still charge you for the highest plan and tell you that they can't help you and you aren't owed a refund of the difference. I call that theft. I downgraded to a $100 plan and entered my info to pay for that plan. Instead of it charging me for the new $100 plan I was charged $205. I reached out immediately to get the difference refunded. I was told that I paid the bill before I made the change which was 100% false because I updated the payment information after I made the plan change. Show more
Although Klaviyo has some nice features, there are better and more affordable options out there. I had yet even been able to use it before I got an email stating that I already used up my free plan and needed to update my pricing. When I checked what I would have to upgrade to, it showed almost $900. Klaviyo bases its billing on ALL contacts rather than actual subscribers. This is important as you cannot market email those who haven't subscribed, so this system of billing is extremely misleading. I quickly uninstalled. I have a very small business based out of my shed. This isn't a realistic for most stores on shopify. Show more

Love the ease and compatibility of Klayvio with my Shopify store. I've been able to run my email marketing as a solopreneur and understand the analytics. If I could change one thing it would be an easier way to sort through uploaded photos, and how do we delete old photos we no longer want in the library? Otherwise, loving what it's doing for my business. Show more
