This app does exactly what we need it to do and so much more. This app gives you the flexibility of customizing exactly what you want to sync, whether that be inventory via barcodes (and nothing more) or the ability to drill down and sync very specific product data. It is a wonderful app for folks who have both a retail site and a wholesale site. It allows you to work a two way inventory sync, but have different information on the product pages, relevant to your customer type. Eric has by far the best customer service I have experienced in quite a long time. He has been patient with us in clarifying the best ways our business could use this app. The one on one service is quite extraordinary. We will be lifelong users of this application and we couldn't recommend it more highly. Our sincere hope is that this development company will expand their suite of apps so we can use them for all of our application needs. I never write reviews, but Synkro was a total game changer for us. As the owner of multiple region-specific D2C and B2B stores, Synkro has saved us a LOT of time by keeping both our products and collections in sync across the board.
