From day 1 Intuitive Shipping has been wonderful to work with. They have a lot of customization options, we didn't think there would be an app out there to meet our exact needs but they made it happen. There support is top tier and better than practically any other app we use on Shopify. They offer they're time to get on zoom with you and go over anything you need, even setting it up for you. This app just works. You can set it and forget it, or you can tweak and change to your heart's content. The tutorials are easy to use and it is super-easy to schedule a screenshare meeting with their team. I've met with two different support techs and they were both incredibly talented and attentive to my needs. I've never felt like they want me to adopt their way of thinking, they always listen to my goal and help me use the software to achieve that goal. Give it a shot, you don't have anything to lose.
We're so happy with our decision to move to the Intuitive Shipping app! It gives us a lot of control over complex shipping rules (country restrictions by product, multiple boxes, shipping from multiple locations, etc). Not only is the product great, but the customer service is incredible! The team helped me work through different scenarios, logic through different options, and get the app up and running smoothly! They really made sure it was exactly what we needed.
