Most Up to Date Review: after expressing my frustration to their customer service team about their latest update, they took my comments seriously and worked over a few days to make the necessary changes to return functionalities to the way they were before. I am very pleased so far with things right now and glad that they were willing to fix things and make it right. I am back to loving the app and I give my congratulations to their support and technical team. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated Review: they decided to make changes to their functionality without asking anyone making their rewards program useless. Now, if you want to exclude a few people, as little as one person, from their reward program, you have to hide the rewards tab from ALL of your customers and they will only see it if they are loged in. Which makes NO SENSE since how else will they find out about the rewards program if they are new to your store? This was never like that before, they changed this because a few people complained, and instead of finding a good solution they found a terrible one, they warned no-one about the change and created confusion for thousands of customers. I lost sales due to this, and I am now being forced to give rewards to previously excluded categories just so that my rewards tab can be visible without having to log in. I gave them more than enough time to solve this and the only solution they suggested was completely not user friendly, impractical and not worth keeping the app. BE AWARE, this app is no longer the great app it used to be. I sure hope eventually they realize the huge mistake they made and change it... but it might be too late by then. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PREVIOUS REVIEW: By far this is the app I have received the best support with so far. I needed some assistance in setting up the app and just had some generalized questions as well... customer service was AMAZING and very supportive and helpful. As for the app itself.. I LOVE that I can have multi apps now in this ONE app... I was paying so much for them individually with my old website, and honestly, this reward program is way better at setting up rewards and actions... its just great all around! Even when I was using the free trial the support was incredible! These guys will do all the hard stuff for you at no additional charge! I needed help with the size and location of the wishlist feature on the product page and they reformatted it to my specifications. I've reached out many times and the response is almost instant and actually resolves my problem. Most recently, I needed help with a review slider (recommended in one of their emails, which are also very helpful), and they are currently formatting it to my specific preferences! HIGHLY recommend this app for it's user-friendliness, esthetic appeal and awesome functionality, and for AMAZING tech support. 10+ stars Show more
