Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

Unbelievably Good Customer Service! I'm using Growave for a month now and I can say that the app is working very well and meets all my expectations from the app! We had some issues because of the previous app but whenever I write to the support, they solve my problem almost immediately! I wasn't expecting such quality customer service. We've been using this app for more than a year and can't be more pleased with the product and service. The value is fantastic (it has saved us literally hundreds upon hundreds of dollars) and not only that, if there are ever any issues, their team is quick to resolve them. It does look like some of the UI has been refreshed and it would be great to receive those updates. We receive notice about these updates, but they're not implemented on our shop. Other than that, we highly recommend this app. The value and service is impeccable. Show more

Excellent customer service! The app works beautifully and is a powerful tool to interact with customers and expose to potential customers the reviews from from your stores and products. We had a minor issue, which we communicated thru customer service and the follow up experience in solving it was superb!
