I worked with Remy later in the evening on 2.12.24 and I had just updated my Shopify theme & needed assistance with fixing a lot of errors that would have taken me about a month to do on my own. Remy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and always asked permission & kept me updated on what's going on and the status. Remy was also very patient with me as of course I was multi-tasking and didn't have my computer volume on and didn't hear the "ding". I'm on the Advanced Plan & it's well worth the when you get someone of Remy's caliber in chat. Very impressed with support! Katy was smart and super helpful. The app is straightforward and easy to use too. Once you get everything set, you really don't have to do much technically. And if you can't figure out how to fix something flagged on your site, support will help. For bigger sites, I recommend the middle/top plan. It's worth it to get all your pages and collections running well. Note there are new changes (as of Jan 2024) to the scoring metrics (on Shopify's end) so it will help you to look into that. Show more
