Flits Loyalty Program Wishlist

Milind and Gunjan from the team are extremely keen to please and we've had a great onboarding with them with all custom requirements fulfilled to the T. Using Flits for the past few months and very happy with this app. We're using their customised account page, wishlist and social login. They've also custom made a product for us where invoices from our fulfillment provider is being fetched to the my account page's order history for every order in real time thereby reducing our "Send me my invoice" support tickets. Since we already had a loyalty program before we onboarded with them, they integrated that with the My account page. We have a custom order cancellation app as well which they were able to effortlessly integrate on the Orders tab of the my account page. Customers are also able to raise a support ticket from the account page as they've linked the account page to our Help Center. They entertain custom requests to add extra KYC customer fields and push info into customer metafields for us to then send to our ESP for effective email workflows. As an owner of Shopify multi-million brand with over 20k customers registered I'm very happy about this app, first of all, I want to thanks the support team for their effort in helping me integrate my website with their amazing app They went beyond and above to make sure that the app has been set up properly, I wish I can see this great level of customer support with other apps Second, the app is pretty easy to use and set up, I can see how my customer is using it instead of using Shopify default customer account page. It makes it very easy for the customer to see the details of their orders and their past orders If your business is growing with thousands of customers, you can't just rely on Shopify default customer account page ( This is a must app ), especially if you have returning customers The price is also affordable and you pay as you grow I'm very excited to use the other function Show more

The app itself is great, its just needed with many other add ons, making the monthly fee a bit much for a store with a customer base right on the edge of a plan. An option for larger Flits branding with a free or very inexpensive entry option would give it the extra star! Show more
