I can only provide one star at this time as their support team has not done anything to provide assistance with the actual problem we're facing. You see, we've actually been unable to install this app, as the installation of which seems to be bugged. All the while, their support team only cycles us through the same troubleshooting methods over and over, until they then mistakenly tell us to use the "Sell Wholesale" app, which is different entirely. I'm prepared to remove or amend this score, should support ever actually get to the root of our problem. Unfortunately, though, they do not instill hope in me that this will happen within the time we needed the feature set. So one star, it is. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone use this app right now. Show more

Absolutely would not recommend - although the process is quite simple and quick, the ability to edit descriptions + the product as a whole as you please is difficult - so if you bulk import (like me), you'll have to go into each item individually to make sure they all fit your branding. The main problem I had / am having is that the items I did not sync just disappeared from my "inventory" tab, which I mainly work out of. Shopify help was not helpful, and now after unlinking the products, I'm still stuck with "missing" products. So frustrating! Show more
