The app is decent I had some sales with VAT Registered customers, everything went smooth there is only 1 drawback once customers put their VAT ID prices do not instantly change only on the check out page before they make the actual payment which might be a bit confusing for the customers that they are not getting a VAT exemption. Concept of the app is great but unfortunately prices in Shopify must be net of VAT. If this had an option to deduct VAT from the price rather than only add VAT then it would have been fantastic. If you are in the EU and your prices are already net then this is great. Show more
Applied for a demo, installed it but it did not work for me. In particular when wholesale customers were logged in. So I mailed the developer to see if there were known issues with wholesale apps. The reply was very rude and basicly said the app was perfect so it could not be. No effort at all into searching what it could be. It might be a good app if it works, but not paying for a customer service like that. Show more
