Froonze VIP Loyalty & Wishlist

Amazing app and outstanding customer support! Alexandru and Mohamed were incredibly helpful — they completely redesigned the layout to match my website perfectly. They also implemented the new features I requested very quickly and even created a new dashboard for the “New Customer Dashboard” provided by Shopify. I’ve tried other apps like Custlo, which offers more options than Froonze, but their support was extremely slow and unwilling to solve the issues I faced. With Froonze, it’s the opposite....their team responds within a few hours, listens carefully, and actually delivers results. If you’re considering Froonze, go for it and you won’t regret it! Truly an amazing app with a fantastic, responsive team. Highly recommend !

It brilliantly combines wishlist, account, and loyalty program into one, eliminating the need for multiple costly and complex apps. Excellent service, support is super fast

I've been very happy with the design and function of both wishlist and customer account apps. My customers are getting a more personalized experience. The support staff has been extremely responsive and accommodating, adjusting all the little details that make it look professional.
