This company is a waste of money. They have given a lot of hope to SMEs but be careful as they can lead you into legal issues. They cannot sync data back with Shopify. If you send emails to people who haven't opted in, they will target you, not the company. There are some very unskilled people in India who don't know how to develop software. They keep the data on their side, making it almost impossible to move away from them because they don't sync the data back to the user. Show more
