We really like how simple the set up is and how easy it is to reach out to creators. However, when we try to get creators to sign up we have a lot of creators that run into errors and then choose to opt out of the affiliate program. Then to make it worse we have reached out to support and not got any feedback. That issue is a big issue for us but if resolved would be a 5 star app. Show more

Do not use this App if you have Markets in use with redirects based on location. The app would be 5 star review if not for the fact that affiliate links don't redirect based on Market. If you have .co.uk, .com and .eu domains everyone who visits your store via an affiliate link will be sent to your primary domain, meaning if you have your website localised it's totally useless. Major design flaw unfortunately, spending weeks localising your website to end having to unlocalise it to use this app is a grim experience. Show more

Tutto bello e ben fatto, ma non si dovrebbe richiedere per forza l'iscrizione al creator su Shopfy. E' una frizione in più che frena tanti creator. Show more

A very good app, simple to set it up - Very Robust and no shit code to disturb theme....Hosting affiliates on shopify domain creates it more trustworthy and safe for affiliates - Negative reviews are by those cynical idiots who wants 24/7 contact support and for an app that is free is hard to provide you 24/7 support....Get your keyborad in some use. Thanks shopify for this app, I would suggest to add a feature that enables merchants invite potential affiliates from the app. Show more

I have also been having troubles wiht the sign in process. Affiliates have not been able to lnk there accounts and then getting error messages and then not being able t complete the process. Huge game breaker. Added features around storing creative and content for the influeceers to use would also be very useful. I am switching provider. Show more
