Excellent app! It includes as much information as is available about the person who added items to their cart, including their email address. When we got a bunch of ATCs from a bot, Cart Insights support was vey helpful and set up a rule that excludes that bot's ATCs as well as ATCs from my own email. They plan to add this as a DIY feature in a future update. Thanks for the great support! Show more
Great App. A bit expensive for what it does. A discounted annual pre-payment will be appreciated. Also, to fix this: your own tests and visits! It should detect your own IP and activity and take them out. It's frustrating that you own visits are always counted ad shown. Show more
