I was able to use the automatic installation to set this up. I had set it up only on the customer account page and not on the order confirmation page intentionally but did not test it. Once a customer complained that the cancel button wasn't working, I got in touch with Alex, the developer of the app and he modified the code to handle the cancellation on the customer account page itself, which was my main requirement. Kudos to him for promptly responding and handling my query. Show more
