So far Ava Email is easy to use and makes you look great while doing it. I'm still setting everything up but when I hit a small snag in the design part of my welcome email, I was able to connect with Emily, not in minutes it was seconds. I couldn't believe how quickly she replied. Emily was able to resolve my problem and I was back editing my welcome email in no time. If everything turns out like her support I think this will be a winning email marketing program! I'll edit this in a few months to let you know. Show more
I was able to work with Emily to get started using this app. My biggest concern was being able to transfer and sync all of my data from Constant Contact to theirs and she was super helpful. This platform is very easy to use and the price is right. Most recently, I needed help segmenting my customers and Hana was speedy and very thorough in here responses via chat. She was a great help!
