Solicité un reembolso por un contrato de servicio de un desarrollador de API con sede en Uruguay. Este desarrollador fue seleccionado como parte de mis esfuerzos en el campo del dropshipping, específicamente para operar con la plataforma Shopify. Inicialmente, el desarrollador ofreció un período de prueba gratuito de 7 días, pero desafortunadamente fui cobrado antes de que finalizara el período de prueba. En respuesta, solicité a Shopify la cancelación del servicio con la emisión del reembolso. Aunque Shopify canceló el servicio, no hubo reembolso. Dentro de 7 días de prueba, la aplicación no funcionó como se esperaba, ya que siempre estaba en mantenimiento. Decidí pasar por el período de prueba para verificar cómo funciona la aplicación. Durante los 7 días de prueba, la corrección comenzó, pero la aplicación nunca funcionó como se esperaba. La experiencia fue decepcionante. El desarrollador afirma que utilicé el servicio durante un mes, lo cual no es verdad. Debido a la mala calidad del servicio, no utilicé el servicio durante un mes. El servicio prestado no cumplió con mis expectativas y es vital que el desarrollador demuestre una voluntad genuina de colaborar conmigo para que el servicio funcione correctamente.
