Appstle Loyalty Reward Program

I only use this rewards app because I use the subscriptions app and it's the only loyalty program that works with their subscription app. I highly recommend the subscription app. I've had this for maybe a year now and I'm starting to see improvements but you are definitely on the bleeding edge here. The integration with Klaviyo is better than it was a year ago but still not where it needs to be to really drive revenue and customer experience. It's still a bit clunky and not up to par with others. That said the team is very responsive and helpful. You can get them within minutes on chat and they'll write code, work on things and generally get you answers in a very timely manner. I think they'll get there but it's not there yet. That said if you have a a subscription product and want loyalty program this is a very good solution. Show more

This is a very robust app with all the loyalty features we needed, and at a very reasonable price. Visual customization of the widget isn't as easy as with some others, but they allow access to a CSS panel and HTML injection, which, if you're a little savvy, give more control than the competition. Probably the best part of working with Appstle is their 24/7 support team, and it truly is 24/7. Occasionally something needs to be escalated, but even then they always get back to you within a day or so. Easy 5/5 stars. Show more

Out of all the loyalty apps, the Appstle Loyalty has checked off all the boxes to build a loyalty program that works. The biggest feature needed was the delay in issuing points for anti-fraud purposes. It's hard to believe that so many other apps miss this crucial feature. We look forward to working with Appstle more in the future along with their other suite of apps. The support is fast and amazing as well. Show more
