I am still new to using Appstle Loyalty app but my experience so far has been amazing. Their support team is quick, attentive, and very helpful. I had several questions that were probably pretty basic but their team didn't make me feel as if I was annoying them with "dumb questions". They even recorded and sent me a video to walk me through how to do one of the items I was asking about. I know that is a lot about their support team, but to me, that is a key feature for any app. In addition to their support team being awesome, the app itself is really nice, once I learned how, it is very easy to navigate and set-up different types of rewards for your customers. I only use this rewards app because I use the subscriptions app and it's the only loyalty program that works with their subscription app. I highly recommend the subscription app. I've had this for maybe a year now and I'm starting to see improvements but you are definitely on the bleeding edge here. The integration with Klaviyo is better than it was a year ago but still not where it needs to be to really drive revenue and customer experience. It's still a bit clunky and not up to par with others. That said the team is very responsive and helpful. You can get them within minutes on chat and they'll write code, work on things and generally get you answers in a very timely manner. I think they'll get there but it's not there yet. That said if you have a a subscription product and want loyalty program this is a very good solution. Show more
