This app is great! It has improved customer interaction and time spent on the site, as well as helped conversions. Customer service for the app is great. Alia is revolutionizing signup forms and experiences with engaging, story-led content. We previously used Amped but switched to Alia when we found out Amped was being acquired by Mailchimp. We were looking for a way to improve the average pop up with helping the shopper learn more about us. This app has been a great solution allowing us to tell a little more of our story and connect with customers on a different level. We have a 96% collection rate for email/phone collection on the popup, and conversion to purchase is at over 14%, our previous pop up converted under 2% to purchases. We'll see how this stands long term, but it seems so promising. I like being able to add different pop ups in the future targeting different segments mining for more data, and getting a stronger connection with our customers. Also, we love the ability to add polls that we can connect with Klaviyo to get info and add contacts into segments. Beyond the app, support has been top notch.
