We were looking for a way to improve the average pop up with helping the shopper learn more about us. This app has been a great solution allowing us to tell a little more of our story and connect with customers on a different level. We have a 96% collection rate for email/phone collection on the popup, and conversion to purchase is at over 14%, our previous pop up converted under 2% to purchases. We'll see how this stands long term, but it seems so promising. I like being able to add different pop ups in the future targeting different segments mining for more data, and getting a stronger connection with our customers. Also, we love the ability to add polls that we can connect with Klaviyo to get info and add contacts into segments. Beyond the app, support has been top notch. We have been using Klaviyo for pop-ups for a while, and sign-ups were 0.8%. However, we took a chance with Alia to test things out, and so far, sign-ups and engagement have almost doubled. I've worked closely with Cory; he is one of the best you can ever ask for.
